Campus football player Chris Van Dyke told VYPE that he has one goal in mind for the upcoming year “to have a winning season.”
Focusing on the “camaraderie” of his team “and friendship that comes with it” will aid him in making his goals a reality. Having worked alongside his former teammate Doug Grider has allowed him to dream of such an accomplishment.
Van Dyke told VYPE of Grider “he taught me that football would not be easy on you.” Something that humbled Van Dyke after coming off an undefeated season his eighth grade year. As of now he is “going to practice everyday and weight training in the morning” to put in the work required to make his dream come true.
