Campus’ Cerenity Seaburn told VYPE “My favorite part about being apart of the Campus volleyball team is the chemistry. It is hard to find a team who gel really well together but for us it was easy. We are always supporting each other and building each other up. We have annual team sleepovers that are always so much fun and dress up days for practice that we enjoy doing no matter how weird we may look. They have made being apart of a team so much easier and I really appreciate them for that!”
This season Seaburn hopes to “grow as a player and person, make as many memories I can, and continue to achieve my academic goals” all while making time to “hangout with my closest friends. We always like to go get food, go shopping, or have sleepovers. I always have fun when I’m with them!”
Outside of volleyball, Seaburn will also be “involved in Link Crew. This group is basically where juniors and seniors help freshman with the transition of high school life all year round. We help them with any questions they have and help make the transition easier. This will be my second year being apart of it and I’m very excited about it.”
Seaburn will also participating in “an academic group I am involved in, AVID which is basically a college prep class. I have been apart of it since my freshman year! It has really helped me prepare for what I need to know for college and will definitely make the transition easier!”
