Q&A with Campus’ Kale Edwards – Athlete Spotlight – Presented by Advanced Physical Therapy

Campus athlete Kale Edwards interviewed with VYPE to discuss who he is.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?

My personal goals for this year are to have fun in my final year on high school and do well in sports.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?

The most fun I’ve had in the last year was working during the summer and meeting new people.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?

My favorite teacher is Mr. Jeffrey Skinner. Mr. Skinner inspired me everyday to do everything to the best of my abilities and have fun doing it.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?

My favorite athletic memory was just going to battle day in and day out with my brothers. It is always a joy to go out there and compete with them.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

The teammate that left the biggest impact on me was Ian Davis. Ian was our goalie last year and he not only taught me to be a good person on the field but off the field, he really impacted me with his continuous love to others.

VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?

My favorite part of being on this team is being able to help the younger players on the team meet their full potential. It is a lot more enjoyable to play when you have teammates that you believe in and they believe in you.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?

If I could go anywhere for vacation I would go to Alaska where I could fish and hunt. I would go with my dad, who made so many sacrifices to get me to where I am today.

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?

If I had 500$ to spend in 24 hours I would take all of my friends to a nice restaurant and enjoy the talks around the table and hangout with them.
